I'd like to hear some opinions on these as well. Was playing with the idea of putting 3-4 slim drivers in my car. Not sure which brand to use.

Re: Anyone use or heard the RE Slim Line?

****, thats some hella excursion for slime mount woofers. I've seen some of the pioneer, and kicker, etc slim line woofers and those RE's look like they have quite a bit more excursion to them. No doubt the RE's are a decent bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Re: Anyone use or heard the RE Slim Line?

think the w5 will step on it LOL doesn't sound too clean nor loud in the vid imo. but being RE it'll probably be much more affordable than the w5 I've heard the JL eats alot of full sized subs. never have and probably never will run a JL but it's just wut I've heard. yet to see TL numbers from any tho

Re: Anyone use or heard the RE Slim Line?

Its a pure SQ sub. Who gives a **** what the TL numbers are. That's like buying a crew cab dually to tow a 30ft 5th wheel and asking about quarter mile times.
