    4 subwoofers and a rf 800.2

    is it possible to hook up two 12" mtx 6000's to a rockford 800.2. i want to run them in a 2ohm load



    vechicle- toyota 4-runner 1992
    sub-kicker comp vr 15
    amp-profile cl1200
    box- 5 cu ft (vented)
    cd player-pioner deh-1400 ( i need to upgrade)
    aim-im1dumbass4real

    what are the ohms of the voice coils on the mtx's? dvc or svc?

    yeah, the 6k's are single 4 ohm coils, just having both the positives and both the negatives together is giving your amp a 2 ohm load, couldn't be easier

    no you cant, that amp is not stable 2 ohms mono, only 2 ohms stereo and 4 ohms mono, 4 of the mtx would give you the perfect load for either.
