Personally, I would go with any Rockford Fosgate amp. Take for instance the Punch 250.2, it is rated at 250 x 1, but you can get them with over 400 watts. All of their amps are underrated, meaning the put out alot more power than they claim, and it is CLEAN power. The bd series is an EXCELLENT amp for the price also. Check out www.cbrstereo.com for the best prices around. There are other high quality amps out there but you can get the best bang for your buck with Fosgate.

That statement about Fosgate's being underrated is true, if you are talking abotu previous years models. Supposedly the newest 2002 models are geared towards telling you more accurately what amount of power you are getting. I hear KICKER amps are really up there too.
