    38hz too low?? I cant even hear my subs lol

    I just finished my dual pioneer 12" sub box, 3.125 cubic feet tuned to 38.1hz. Slot port.. however... its doesn't seem to be loud when your like 3 feet away from it? I mean it is loud, and its sound good, but it seems like you gotta feed it a nice amount of power before they start shaking the ground, and cone to flex.

    generally ported boxes sound alot louder w/ more power.....how much u sending it?

    you said it wasn't loud.. then it was...

    3 feet away from it how? is it just sitting in your floor?

    seems like you gotta feed it power for the cone to flex?
