Is the 2003 RE XXX Out yet? and what are the differences between 2003+ and 2002-?

Im thinking of getting a 12" XXX and was wondering what is the difference between the two? Is it a major difference?

Yes, they have the 03 models out. They have the 12 spoke basket, and I believe the cooling system is a little improved...

yah. It has the venesuela style basket. It will look more like the HC above, but w/ the bigger motor//magnet structure
