15" XXX v3..

Whats a XXX v3? Im guessing you are talking about the latest XXX from RE...? If so, go sealed, really big. I take that back... I mean really really big.

nah the newest one is the v4 ...i sold that! now i have the 15" of the previous model I want it to slam low but still have SQ?

There is only 3 versions of the XXX.

Old **** flat backplate, inverted cap bumped back plate. godzilla behemoth new split coil.

i notice that the xxx and the mx series have that unique look while the mt has the traditional look and is in between the others

what is the reason for the unique look

4 cubes tuned to about 35hz would work well IMO.

we used 4 cubes @ 29 for a buddy off about a 2kw amp, and the low end was a little bit ridiculous lol. jumping up to 35hz should help the already lacking upper end a little bit though, while not really effecting low end output.

ah that sounds nice, 4 cubes @35 hz i want it to hit real hard and drop LOW?
the 06 xxx was just too much hassle to make it sound good plus the extra cone area should help

wrong theres the first version with the goth cone, second version with flat backplate, third version machined backplates, 4th version chrome plated top and backplates, 5th version is the split coil new version

Well in that case I take back what i said about getting my hands on the 2nd model. I've always wanted to get my hands on the 4th version

yea for the most part thats the one most people like, thats what my 10 is , but ive had all of them.

According to your version of their models. I personally look at it as 2 models.
