    100% sq cause if you do it right you'll have some spl...who cares how loud your speakers puke at if it sounds like A$$ then who wants to listen to it?

    SQ all the way im a rock person and like listening to the crisp clean screams lol cant get that with SPL
    now if i was in competition i would say SPL
