JL audio W3v2 or Infinity Kappa

I have a 1966 mustang with a small trunk. Im looking to put 2 12" subs but i dont knwo what to get. Ive been looking around for a while. I want to have deep punchy bass. Ya know the basics...I have a 760 watt amp, so i need some subs that i can get the most out of...im lookin for the best that i can handle.

Ive heared kappas before. Great sounding sub and can get incredibly low. I think like 18 hz, which is **** low. I think the kappa would be the better of the two. I have never heard a w3 but most ppl don't like the bottom shelf jl subs.

Also is your amp 760 rms?

I would much rather have the W3's.

Is this not a reasonable place to park?

thw w3 was jl's middle of the line sub for a long time. just last year they upgraded the model with the v2 (version 2). it can handle on average 50 watts more than the w3, and it has the flat cone instead of one with a dome in it.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the magical ED K!!!

2 ED K 12" with ~380 watts would just be dandy

Well instead of recomending subs like everyone else
The better sub out of thoes 2 is the w3v2 by a land slide.

Sure the Kappa is a ok sub, but honestly it doesnt stand a chance.
