I guess you mean car speakers =/ I guess you could use a home reciever/amp with power suited to the speakers and hook them up with speaker wire like usual, then run a stereo mini cable (regular out of the computer unless you have special outputs) into an RCA converter that would go into the reciever. Or use whatever combination of converters you need to fit the reciever. I suppose you *could* use a car amp but you would need a power inverter or something out of the way.

i dont know all the technical names for the wires and hook-ups but i can tell you how i have mine system hooked up to my computer........well,
all you need is something to support the speakers(stereo)like in my case a ...........what is it......it says
    MODULAR COMPONENT SYSTEM
    stereo reciever
have an audio out hook-up with that small pointy tip end like that headphones to a compact disk player, and if you need it an extention from the audio out plug in that back of your tower to the "small pointy tip end."

You can purchase a stereo rca to mini phone plug from RadioShack for about $2.99, run it out of the plug from your computer that supports your computer speakers. Use a pair of rca cables to run from your plug to one of the set's of audio inputs on your home stereo.
"Note" depending on your stereo and your cables and routing you may pick up some distortion or hum in your audio.
