How to make the doors hold comps.

I have an f150 how do i go about making a set on comps fit in the doors. Do i need any special tools or kits?

depending on depth you could make an MDF ring to give you 3/4 "
or you can make a new kick panel

The door holds 6x8s so how would i size the ring and what size comp. should i try and fit?

I'd probably go with 6 1/2s
depending on the angle of the rear it should fit

How could i tell before i buy them ? Just measure depth
