    dave...gonna have to agree with tommy on this one. DJmagic mike fluctuates...but only a 10th of a hz or two up and down. Its pretty much a solid tone...been there and done that...and put that song on an RTA. lol

    SPL wise I would say so.

    The RLi-8 is a nice little woofer, but I feel it is geared more towards SQ.

    The L7 is a little bit more ($135ish off cardomain) but still pretty much in the same price range

    i actually just played around with an L7 10 and a 1508....with a zx 1000.1....they are about the same until you get into the higher volumes...the kicker starts to distort a little whereas the 1508 keeps going. SQ for the kicker was a little nicer, but both were very quick and very nice sounding subs. SQ kicker..... All around, and just ******...DD
