    Icon32 db testing quest

    im gettin 3 pioneer premier 10" subs (400 rms=1200 total rms) in a sealed box w/ 3 chambers @ 1 ft^3 powered w/ a jbl 1200.1 and was wondering how they might do if i get them metered

    Won't break 140. Posibbly if you go ported with about 2.5ft^3 for EACH sub, but it all is in your design. Your car lets lots of bass "escape", so if you wanted to do anything worthy, you would have to dampen the **** out of it.

    How do you know what it will hit? Sorry to tell you, but just by knowing what kind of equiptment he has, you can't even begin to estimate what he'll hit. I have a single 12" sub in a 1.5 cubic foot sealed box on a jbl 1200.1, and it hits 141's. He has a little more than 2 and a half times the cone area that i do and the same amount of power......sounds like an awesome system to me!
