You could build a ported box for your Bazooka subs. Or try adding polyfill to the box, if you havent already.

Yeah ive tryed polly fill, i jus stuck some on the bottom and it sounded no different. How much should i put in and where should i put it? The chambers are really small, each sub has about .5 and i thought that would b alrite since the min. is .3 but they sound distorted on some notes. Also could I port the sealed box i have now cuz thats the biggest i can go on a box? where would i put the ports?

Ok, first up, reverse the speakers...meaning, attach the subs outside, so you can see the magnet, instead of the cone, that is, if your space allows it to...

Also, fill it up good with polyfill.. polyfill supposedly delays the air movement, and therefore "tricks" the subs into "thinking" that it's in a larger box...

finally, you could use aperiodic(spelling) dampers in front of the subs... wait, they were usually used for free-air applications, so maybe it'll give you a negative effect...

so jsut fill it up with lots of polyester and reverse-mount your subs...

You could either use a slot port, or a cicular port, exiting to the top... from what I'veheard, the bass actually comes out of the ports, not the cones itself...i dunno, that's what I heard from my altec lansing PC speaker sub... not a chirp from the cones, all port...

the slant in my seat and the strait lines are the box, lets jus say the subs are so close to the seat that i had to put speaker grilles over em to prevent them from hitting the bakc of the seat. And how much pollyfill do i put in the box?

Ok, then make a ported enclosure... that'd make it sound better, I believe, although, I'm not too sure, with your restricted size...

also, not sure with polyfill, but why not filling it up all the way, and test it? Then you could remove it as you go along...

About the ports, there's no one I know better than Jmac to help you out... and if you get really creative, then you hsould be able to find more volume for your subs... you could make a box like an L shape, so that some of the volume can slide under your seats or something... then I guess you might have about 1cu.Ft or more, depending on how you design it...

You can't really just put ports in a box.. not like that.. ported boxes are much larger than sealed.. trying to put a port in a small box that was sealed will call for a LONG port, probably more volume than the original box..

As for polyfill, it's something like 18 oz per cubic foot.. normally..

Another thing you might want to do.. make a new box.. make it a lot longer than the current (across the whole truck).. and make it as tall as you can (the subs don't have to be centered, you can put them just above the floor.. but then you will have a hard time getting poly-fill in if you need it..)

do you have bucket seats? try to stretch the box into that for more volume..

not sure what else to tell ya..

    (1) Alpine CDA 7892 HU ($214)
    (2) 12" Pioneer Premier 1241DVCs in sealed MDF box (gonna glass them eventually) ($69 each)
->removing.. ->(2) 10" Pioneer Premier 1041DVC's in sealed MDF box (gonna glass them eventually) ($59 each)
    (2) Lanzar Vibe248 1200 watt 2 chnl amps ($119 each)

    It's bump'n GOOD!
