TC-1000 12's vs DD 1512s

What do ya'll think would be better, 3 TC 12s or 3 DD 12s. Both run off of 1500 watts in about 6.5 cubes (maybe a little more). What would get the loudest and lowest?

i did a poll on tc1k's 8's vs dd 1508's and the results was like 14 dd vs 12 TC's, so i dont think you can go wrong either way...

Hmm... I'm just worried about low end extension with either woofer. I've got a treo SSX right now and it mashes lows, but I want the best of both worlds. Will both the TCs and DDs deliver on the lows? or should I step up to a couple 2515s or TC 2000 15s?

Either one of those subs should pick up lows pretty well....u cant go wrong which ever way u go....IMO id go DD though...

whats the point of looking at the TC2K's when the TC3K's are the same price right now on the sale...

get two TC3K's and feed each one 1500rms and be blown away...

You're comparing subs built for completely different purposes.

TC's are going to slam the lows and be a bit more quality oriented. DD's will get pretty low, but just be louder overall.

my personal opinion i would go with the DD subs. like said above they will get low, loud, and sound decent doing it. both subs are great products from great companies but the DD would be my choice.

I don't have the money to upgrade my charging system enough to do two 3000 series so that's outta the question.. I'll prolly just rock 2 15s though

yeah the 1512s with the 8 inch dustcaps are like 210 shipped... I'm assuming the 15s with cf dustcap will be 250 a piece...so i dunno what i'm gonna do
