Sealed Box recommendations for 1 OR 2 12" IDMAX?

    Hey fellas.

Where's my math buddy at calculating this up..

What would be the best sealed box size for one IDMAX?

What would be the best sealed box size for TWO IDMAX?

Do you think I could fit 2 of them in a...let's see....1992 Nissan 240sx Hatchback?

    LoL...just getting examples....

An audiophile sealed enclosure for one 12" IDMax D4 would be about 1.8cuft before displacement.

Is this not a reasonable place to park?

How much room the sub takes up. (You have to subtract it). In the case of te ID MAX, it's a lot!

So build it 1.8 and throw the sub in, or try to have it be 1.8 + the sub's displacement? Also this is gonna be MDF and fiberglass, a nice rounded enclosure, do most people just guess the dimensions on something like that?

I'm getting two of these ID Max (got one, **** it gives me a chub lookin at it :P), but I want each one in it's own chamber. (So I guess I need 3.6 total)
