DD!! I have a weak 2510 and it hits hard. Single 10, weak box and 1200watt amp makes people freak when they hear the sound. Got asked if I had two 15's before...I about slapped him. But the 9915 will wad mine up and eat it for breakfast, those *****es are LOUD!

Re: Help Me Choose Subs For Cars, Want the Best Only! EveryBody Come On In

it really depends on how much you want to spend, 1 15" XXX's would be nice but 5k+rms means lotta other upgrades. but i guess you could say teh same with the other companies. For me i cant narrow it down its between DD, RE, SI, and TC. ive heard The mag, XXX, and a 9515. No TC sound tho but they have been getting nothing but recognition and ive never seen somone talk down on them.

But if it were me 2 15" mags and a IA 20.1. XXX and 95 are both power hungry.

Re: Help Me Choose Subs For Cars, Want the Best Only! EveryBody Come On In

I'd personally go with the Mags. Although, the recent hype about Fi seems to be very promising. If I wouldn't have just bought a pair of older mags, I would have probably tried out the Fi's.

My mags sound great off of 600 watts each, sure its below RMS, but remember, that can't hurt anything... Very accurate and very loud. My favorite driver thus far.

Re: Help Me Choose Subs For Cars, Want the Best Only! EveryBody Come On In

I think u should look at some fi's, they seem to be great subs from what people on the board are saying, you customize them to your likeing to, and its cool to have a company that not alot of people know about gives u the suprise factor when they hear it. i forgot their site though.

edit site is ficaraudio.com look at the btl's i would so be getting these if i didnt just buy my system month ago.

Re: Help Me Choose Subs For Cars, Want the Best Only! EveryBody Come On In

personally i dont know why Fi Audio isnt on the list. I think it should be one of your main options honestly with the reviews going on with them. Plus, an SSD is less tha 200! Look into them as a serious option. Im ordering my BTL this week.

Fi or Tc Sounds is a good solid option you most likely wont regret. DD costs too **** much.
