    Icon32 Need some suggestions?

I am looking for a good pair of subs but i dont want to spend alot of money. My price range i no higher than 250, and i want 12" but i also want a lot of power handling capability and definately dual voice coil. I was also wondering about Power Acoustic subs?
I know that these subs are not that expensive and they could handle alot of power and were dual voice coil. Are these subs any good? If you know of any other subs that are what i am looking for they would help, thanx.
