XXX and RE35-1D amp combo...

Hey everyone. I sold my solo barics and am selling my JBL amp tomorrow. Planning to go with one 12'' XXX in about 3.5-4ft^3 ported, tuned to res. freq, on a RE 35-1D amp also from resonant engineering. What do you guys think of this setup? 1500 watts at 1 ohm enough for this sub? I know it will be better than my JBL amp was. Whats the deal with the clipping indicator? Seems pretty neat to me. Anyone know anything about these amps let me know...and let me know what u think about my box size and new system choices. Thanks alot!

Just wanted to comment on your choice of equipment....awsome IMO - cant go wrong with it. Good luck with it all
