Paper Cone Treatments

My new PA FU15-4's paper cones do feel a little soft and in my opinion could use some stiffening up. I am considering some kind of paper cone treatment.

Some have recomended Danmar, The Wet Look(parts express), and a latex clear coat.

Any thoughs?
