Rockford Fosgate Power T1693 6x9" speakers

    Rockford Fosgate Power T1693 6 x 9-Inch Full Range 3-way Coaxial Speakers
    with grilles

Used in custom built mobile audio enclosures.

These are big, powerful speakers when compared to the average car speaker. They have proven to be very tough, and the optional grilles add protection and more style. The only reason I'm reviewing these is because they are **** loud for what I'm currently running them off of, just a Kenwood excelon head unit.

Power handling: 100w RMS, 200w max

With no amplifier, these speakers sound almost as loud and clear as any amplified premium speakers I've installed in vehicles, with the same power handling. They actually get that loud off my head unit, and with no distortion at high volume.
They don't have the best bass for their size, but the mids and highs are great. Amplifying these speakers is recommended. They become even louder and crisper sounding.
Very high quality, awesome sounding speakers.
