yes and its possible, depends on the box.

I have a 2010 re xxx 12 and my box is a little to big at 3.76 cubes after displacement tuned to 34.53 hertz. It hits a 142 and sounds great doing it. If I had it in the right size box it would be louder, and also if I had better voltage as its only seeing about 1400rms clean watts off my hifonics zrx2000.1D.
So it's possible, and they sound awesome. Worth 300, I think maybe it just depends on the condition
