Im curious why you want to dump the Z for an hdc3? Seems to me like a down grade?

Because I listen to a lot of rock and the HDC3's are way punchier than the Z's. There's no doubt the Sundown is a higher quality piece, but I got two HDC3 12's for less than a single Z. I couldn't pass it up.
