would good speakers do?

hey i have a 03 mustang without the mach system and it has 5x7 in the front dors and in the rear deck.

i am in the process of putting in 2 xxx's and i don't want my bass to drown the rest and i also want to be a good sound.

so my question is would two good pairs of 6x8's be good or would i need to do componets in the front? an amp would be added later.

infinities are the 5x7's i am loking at, or the re comps

I would go components all the way. Spend $300 on a good set and get a 300 watt RMS amp and they would sound really nice with the XXX's

You will need a Comp that can handle more than 150rms..

2 XXX's in a Stank, ... Stang.. Will drown most comps out... Maybe some Boston's Z6, Focal Utopias, or K2Ps, Diamond D6 or D9s, Rainbow CMX 456s..

not to mention a new electrical make over to run those XXXs
