power bass and alphasonik comps.

Does anyone run either of these componets? Has anyone ever heard either ones. I have seen a couple of sets on ebay. The PB's are way cheaper price than the Alphasonik's but I almost believe the distributer told me wrong on the alpha's becase he said 139 and they are all on line for like 59.99? The PB's wouild run 50.00 for a set. Looking to power them with 75 watts per side rms.

I have the Powerbass Xtreme Evolution Series in my truck right now and I love the sound, but the plain onld Powerbass (PB's) Distort too easy and can not hold much power. I would recommend the Xtreme Evolution or ProReference series to everyone though!

how much were they. The distributor wants me to get the es series and they are twice the price as the pb's

I picked mine up for $85 a pair at a local shop. My aunt has just the PB's in her blazer they just dont sound right. I think that the PBX Evolution Series will make you much happier. Mine are used with a Pioneer Premier 770MP headunit and 1 JL 10w3 and even when the sub is turned off I think they sound awesome.
