im going to buy these to upgrade from my stock tweeters, do i need any type of extra crossover or what not to run these..

You could find a much better tweeter than that, especially if you are paying the $31 MSRP. You probably wont need an extra crossover, I dont think that tweeter will make much of a difference either way.

Go to the classifieds section and pik up a pair of Aura tweeters from desertheat. Theyre like $28. Extremely detailed. It is a good idea to get a crossover though. You can pick up a cheap passive set off of ebay for less than ten bucks that'll do the job great.
