MB Quart RCE 216 problem/question....HELP

I helped my friend install a set of MB Quart RCE 216's today. We started playing them and at a normal/higher than normal volume, the fuse in the crossover lights up orange. Doesn't that mean that the fuse is about to blow? Is it supposed to glow for looks or something? I wanted to know if anyone else had the problem. He is running them at amped at 40 rms, which definately should not over-power them.
Other than that, they sound wicked nice.

It is not a fuse, it is a lightbulb. It is normal for it to glow. It removes potentially damaging dc power out of the tweeter circuit. Make sure the gain on the amp is not set too high.

Thanks alot, that's what I was looking for, I thought it looked a little different than a fuse.
