onlinecarstereo.com has decent Infinity Reference 4x6 plates in that range.

Can you save some more up?
Boston Acoustics makes some good 4x6 plates, I believe.

back on topic: I have had Eclipse and Polk 4x6 both sounded good. The eclipse were cleaner had a better tweeter setup(semi Dome). They can handle 80rms.
The Polk were good but the tweets were kinda harsh for my tastes.
