What do you guys think of these 5.25" Components?

What are your thoughts on the following Diamond Audio components? I will be powering them with a Hifonics zx4000 amp which puts out 100 x 2 watts RMS @ 4ohm. I need them to be very clear and tight, but still scream because I will only be running one set of speakers, and 2 10" RE SE subs powered by a Hifonics bx1000d and I don't want the bass to overpower my mids and highs in my Regular cab Lightning. I need to keep it under $200 for the components, do you recomend these, or are there any other brands out there that are better? I have used Diamond Audio and CDT Audio before and was really impressed.

that set has the aluminum tweets which are a little bright to my liking, but i know diamond has a comp set with silk tweets you might be more happy with, but this just my opinion

How do you think these compare to the CDT's, Infinity Kappa's, Boston Acoustics ect?

I have only listened to the m6 series on a sound board at lower volume. I thought they sounded pretty nice, but i could see how they would get pretty bright inside a car. Where are you planning on mounting the tweets? If you mounted them low I think they would be fine. They also make the same set with silk tweets as iceteebone said. There are also some good comps from CDT, RE, DLS, OZ and many others that are highly reccomended as well. You might want to send a PM to tplaya07 and see what kinda options you can get from him in your price range. He is and authorized dealer for a lot of brands.

Thanks, I plan on mounting them in the stock 5x7" location on a custom made mdf plate, in the sides of the doors. I went on there site and saw that they do make the same system with the silk tweeters.

IMO you would be fine with the aluminum tweets since they are going to be down low. Do you have an external EQ, or any EQ options on your HU? Those would also help take off some sharpness. If you were going to mount the tweet up higher on the door than the mid, then i would go silk. I think silk tweets up higher on the door would also sound a little better than aluminum tweets mounted down low. That is just personal preference though.

get some oz components. only time ull love a bright tweeter is if you have or plan on getting an eq. if you are then the m6 are fine

Oz is sold out of Vectors, so you'd have to go with the Matrix Series, which is well over $300 where I've found it.
