I absolutely love my Cerwin-Vega V-mag coaxials, but I was wondering if the component sets were any better.

my buddy has them in his car. dont know what model but i think he said he only spent like little over 100 and not bad for the money IMO.

That was probably my post regarding the V-mag 602 Unified Components, which are really point-source drivers. I think they're simply awesome sounding. But the built-in crossovers are very small, very basic, and only high-pass for the tweeters.
I'm looking for info on the 6502 component set with the better (separate) crossovers. I'm thinking that they'd be a better set, but I don't know by how much.
