Koda 6.1, Kicker SS65.2, or ID CXS6?

For the past two weeks I have been watching the forum and reading everything and searching everything on new componets.

I have came down to these four componets:

Image Dynamics CXS6 for $270

KICKER SS-Series SS65.2 for $375

PHOENIX GOLD Ti ELITE 6 for $330

Koda 6.1 for $225

I came to these because I needed a midbass/range below 3in deep and 7inches wide. People are always taking about the koda's and I would love to have those but I want to see if people think its worth it to spend more on the others. I am looking for great midbass response from my front setup and smooth tweeters.

If anyone's got other suggestions, Ill check them out cuz I wont be buying for a month still.

I have not heard kodas but i have just ordered a pair, ive heard many good things about them especially the mids and at 225 i couldn't pass it up, i think it would be a good choice.

yah they r an awesome deal... but I wonder if it is worth it to go up to the 350 range though.

i hear sooooo many good thinsg about the kodas but the other comps look good and i hope some people who own them will put some input in or just some car audio freaks.

how about the Oz audio 180cs??? in another thread it said something about them being ultra smoooth

From what i hear, the koda 6.1 has excellent midbass(but this is well known im sure), and a "not-harsh" tweeter. Im ordering a pair tonight. 225? Can't beat it for that price, definately.

id say the kodas since they are so cheap right now, or wait until january whenever there new set comes out

but those ss65.2 are VERY nice speakers, a friend of mine has them or 200w run celan a full volume on the HU

you can get the dynaudio 240GT for a tad less than $400 shipped from a guy on this forum. AWESOME stuff.

(But still, i'm curious and want to try out the koda's for myself)
