    Speakers For An Accord

    I Am Trying To Replace Stock Speakers For A 98 Honda Accord 2dr. Does Anyone Know The Measurements For The Front And Back Speakers?

    I used to have a 4door 98 honda accord with an aftermarket stereo and the size was 6.5" front 6x9 in the back.

    6.5 front

    Those are the right sizes, but you stil need to watch out for mounting depth. The front doors can take up to 2.5" with modification to the basket that holds the speaker, after that your gonna need a spacer(EDIT: If you want to roll down your windows). The rears - the trunk bars limit your mounting depth. I never bothered to change my rears so I don't know much depth you have... but I know its not alot.

    What are good speaker and cost not too much?. I just bought a rockford fosgate head unit and i think my stock speakers are blown

    I got my PIONEER speakers at Wal-Mart 2 way 6.5's for 40$ and 2 way 6x9's for 40$ also and have had no problems whatsoever and i have a Precision Power PCX250 running all of em' 100 WATTS RMS to each....SOUNDS EXCELLENT i have a Pioneer DEH-P 5200 and the volume goes to 62 crank it all the way up and no distortion at ALL..................
