CDT Titanium Tweeters - Reputation or Fact?

CDT titanium tweeters, so far the majority of people on this board state these titanium tweeters are possibly brighter or even harsher. Is this based on fact or reputation? Other than one person below, has anyone actually compared the CDT silk with the CDT titanium tweeters?

Would appreciate feedback, plan to purchase CDT CL-61A in the next few days and need to decide between the two tweeters.

the metals are not harsh! make sure u get the tw-20t metal not the 19 version. also get the LP-1 controller with it as well

But, how do they sound compared to the silk tweeters ie. clearer etc...

the metals are more detailed and have more output over the silks while stayin unharsh. Cause of the added output it would be a good choice to get the LP-1 tweeter controller

Why not the 19's?

The 19's are a smaller version. the tw-20 is 1mm bigger. harvey u have a PM!
