Speakers stoped working!

I have a pioneer CD deck and my wife was listning to a CD and all the sudden the speakers just stopped working, and i dont think they are blown 2 fronts and 2 rears at the same time? i dont hear static if they where blown, could it be a bad ground? would that cause no sound? somone please help thanks!

is the cd player still on? if so make sure none of the speakers are bad... make sure the terminals are still attached to the speaker... make sure none of them are touching metal and grounding out.... what kind of car do you have? also check the connections behind the radio

speakers are fine, none are grounded out, connections are fine. stero is working just fine, just no sound. i have a chevy 1500 pickup

could be a bad radio... but make sure your ground is good... and every connection is right... where did u get the radio installed? and where did u buy it?
