Need Help Massive Audio RK6
I've had these installed for a few weeks and they have been solid performers. Thing I noticed today was like a scratchy sound in system. Faded to front/rear speakers and sure enough I have a tweeter that is really scratchy when playing. My guess it is either defective or blown. Can I just replace this tweeter with the CT2 tweeter and be good? Should I just go with a different set of tweets and drop them in using the RK6 mids & crossover in place? Advise and thanks.
I'm using the MB Quart Onx4.125 for power.

Re: Need Help Massive Audio RK6
Did you ever have the tweeters cut out while playing music at high volume? The crossovers have protection for the tweeters. If the tweeter is really blown then this problem could happen again with a new pair of tweeters on the same crossovers.

Re: Need Help Massive Audio RK6
Tweets never cut out. Turns out I had a cold solder joint on the crossover board. Once I resoldered and tested all is good to go. Thanks for chiming in Trumpet.
