    My comps have a 4ohm mid and a 6ohm tweet.

    Does this mean my amp will give the tweeters 75% of what a 4ohm tweeter will get?

    depends upon the crossover, but yes mids normally receive more power then tweeters..

    Only if you use that crappy plastic box and not a nice crossover that plugs into 12v power
