Thank you for this. Though I do like the idea behind the upstage system.

If you want to go nuts, try the HAT widebands.

Gonna have to up your budget if you can't find them open box, though. Just realized they're 650 on his site

It was just a thought. Why not just do the BG Neo3 tweets? Closed back, impressive range, will be airy as fuck and won't break the bank...

Otherwise, I stand by the Scanspeaks or maybe even the Seas Lotus.

Don't like the looks of the BG Neo3s

I am leaning towards the Scans as of now. Still waiting on info on the PHD gear too, though.

Here's the one's for mine. That 1.C TW probably has far different specs than the one's I run, since they are chambered... but, it's something to look at.

    My tweeters:

    & the woofers:

    HU: KDC-X994
Front stage: Phd FB 6.1PRO KIT, Active
Sub stage: 1st gen RE XXX 12" w/Fi recone
    Highs Amp: Kenwood Excelon XR-4S
    Lows Amp: Mmats D300hc
The Rest: AT 60 mil, Optima Redtop underhood and Yellowtop in trunk, Big 3 and front to rear +/- runs in Monster Cable 1/0
