So I know it's been a while, but I've been busy. Plan on installing the silver flutes soon. Is it worth it to make an angled baffle so the woofer is more on axis? or should I just mount them on a flat baffle to the door?

For a 6 inch woofer, sound dispersion starts becoming directional at about 2KHz, and you can experience a dip as big as -10dB past 2.5KHz. However, you can certainly use equalizer to adjust the woofer's frequency response in the upper mid-range, as long as it can actually play accurately in upper frequencies. Another solution is to let the tweeter play down to like 2.5KHz, then it won't matter if the woofer is on axis or off axis. However, a tweeter may sound harsh the lower you crossover it if you like to play loud music. The seas tweeter resonance frequency is at ~1.1KHz, so I think 2.5KHz HP with a sharp slope should be doable. If you have a good equalizer to bring up woofer's upper midrange or if you install woofers more on axis, I think it would be preferable to HP the tweeter at like 4KHz for smoother sound.
