Yes. It will help, tremendously. And the amount of deadener needed for doors is very small. If you can afford the gear you have, you can afford 30 bucks in deadener.

Yes. Your budget will allow you to do your front doors right. MLV, deadener, and closed cell foam.

Mass Loaded Vinyl is used to block noise.
Seals are so important. Vital.

blocking noise will NOT increase midbass punch. Deading/sealing large holes in the doors will help some, so I'd do that first.
If still not happy consider stepping up to a better set of speakers and try to demo them before buying.
