ok i need suggestions

ok i just purchased most of my equipment for my install, couple American Bass amps and an xfl 12, box, wiring, you get the picture. well when i went to look at there speaker selection, well they have no component sets.

so while staying on a budget preferably less than 300 i need a set of 6.5 comps that will do the rest of the system justice. i have 100w per channel on tap and processing by an 80prs.

current ideas are the
pioneer d series
db drive s9
sundown sa6.5cs
hat imagine

i can spring a few more bills if needed but id like to save as much as possible for the door treatment.

the pioneer are the cheapest leaving me more to invest in the deadener, mlv, etc.

Go to an audio shop and try some sets... you might save some disappointments and some bucks.

My nephew put these in his Chevy truck(06)and they sound BA with an old school Alpine 3525 on them

yea dont really want alpine, rockford, kicker, memphis, polk, or jl trying to stay away from mainstream. but at the cost of the pioneer and the fact that they are actually recommended here and there just makes them seem like a good deal. ive got about 750 left for deadened speakers and extras but cheaper is better.

any opinions on the hertz energy line? the orange cone will match my car's color
