Broken Rainbow platinum, repair?
My rainbow platinums have been good to me for the past 4 years, but this week one of the woofers developed a crackle/rattle. When I manually move the cone in and out it makes kind of a grinding sound.
Does anyone know where I can get this driver repaired?

Sounds like it has coil rub so it's shot... You can contact rainbow to see what they can do for you... That's an awesome set though how do they sound?

Re: Broken Rainbow platinum, repair?
They are easily the best sounding pair I have ever owned. The tweeters (cal 28) are insanely smooth. Is this not something that can be fixed from a shop somewhere stateside? I had rainbow repair a set before and it took 6 months and cost me more than I would have liked to pay.
