Summer Front-Stage Re-build

I'm wanting to redo my front stage this summer, so I figured I'd just hash out what I wanted ahead of time. I'm looking at some H.A.T. Unity 6.5"s on an SAX125.2. I was just interested in any feedback you guys could give into the performance and sound of the H.A.T.s and maybe list some more potential 2ch amps for around the same performance and price as the SAX.


I'm also hopefully gonna get an Alpine CDE-123, 100sq' of deadener, and another battery.

I heard that too, also heard that about the BA Pros though and even my Pro50s had strong midbass for 5.25s. I cant seem to find an RMS rating on those HATs though (unless I missed it). Not that it matters too much....but would be nice to know.

They're 100w rms, but they say you can give them anywhere from 80-150, their max is 200 though.

but, then again.....the BA Pros are 3 ohm and.....if the amp is as underrated as a clamp test i read showed....they'll get about 200-225wrms @ 3 ohms.
