interesting idea..The car is a mark viii 2dr and the rear speakers are on both side panels not the rear deck if that matters. I am running a factory deck/speakers w/ a fm mod to run my mp3 player and a loc for my substage and eventually want to get rid of it all including oem ext amp and just get new speakers, h/u(likely pioneer 3200dvd) ect..I got to much clutter right now.. The highs are plenty with the stock system but it lacks mids and the factory x-overs ect in the amp drive me nuts.And you cant add speakers to the existing system, allready tried that and it sounded like poo..Everyone says to just rewire it so thats what ill be doing.
