CDT CL-61i distortion

Hi, i finally installed my comp set in my lancer but when i crank the Head Unit above 20 theres really bad distortion from the woofers.
I have them mounted directly to the door with foam spacers.
Wired to a Sundown 100.2
If i turn the HPF on the amp the distortion goes away, of course.

use the Hp filter,
where do you have your gains on you amp??
have you deaden your doors yet???
