Very vague question. Do you have a budget? What size drivers can you fit? What amp do you have spcificly? What sound characteristics do you like ie, smooth, bright etc. etc?
sorry i was looking for some between 200 and 300 hundred, 6.5 drivers, and i have a rockford fosgate punch 450.2 amp, im looking for something that sound real clear, good midbass, and get loud. im new to comps sets and i never have had a amp to power my mids and highs always used the HU, i came along this amp from a buddy real cheap and i want to try it out, i was wanting a 4 channel amp to power 2 sets of comps but i will wait and make do with a 2 channel and one set of high powered comps, i would like 2 ohm so i could get the most out of them? thanks
You're really going to limit yourself in choices if you want to stick with a 2 ohm setup.
^^^^^what?????

that amp is
100watts per side @ 4ohms
225watts per side @ 2ohm
any amp will love 4ohms verse 2ohms in the long run,
comps usually dont handle that much. to be honest, all you need is 150rms comps and your good. If you get comps and wire them at 4ohms then your amp will put out around 100-150 watts. I suggest you take that route better. Plus with your budget, you will have very little choices. If you want to use all that power, look into a 3 way set up. that will requier more money, and more custom work.

Just because your amp puts out that much power, doesnt mean you have to use it all. Their are several comps sets that respond very well to 100w to 150w of input power.

Stock 5x7 door speakers
System is a work in progress.

RE XXX 6.5 comps will handle that power and its 2 ohm too. The downside is the mounting depth of the speaker. I believe it is around 4".
