Components in 99 sunfire gt which ones

Hey i want to put a pair of components in the doors of my sunfire anyone ever do this, i was thinking i would be able to fit 5.25 with out cutting the door panels or even a 6.5 ???and where would be the best place for the tweeters? And what would be the best compnents around $250 that can take 100 rms at 4 ohm????? anyone i was thinking infinity perfects there rated at a 100rms.... never heard them though so i need opinions.
