Advice for new components

I have been looking at different components for the last month, and have came to one conclusion, there are too many choices. I have looked at CDT, Hertz, Morel, Focal, etc. Also was wondering if there is a good sq mid driver that is larger than 6.5" I really don't want a sub, so I think this may be a more logical way to go. Also trying to keep under $250 per set. To go with a Memphis 16 M3004 in a Nissan Titan CC. Thanks for the help.
