    Comps for CDA-9887

Currently I have Infinity Kappa 63.7i powered by Alpine CDA-9887
and Infinity Reference 9613i as rear with Infinity Kappa 120.3se powered by JBL cs60.4.

First I wanted to install a pair of tweeters but Infinity support didn't recommend.
I want to replace kappa with a set of components.
    I found good reviews about
    Alpine SPX-17ref and pro
    Pioneer Premier TS C720PRS
    Infinity Reference 6020cs

what do you recommend for SQ system?

    Forget the infinitys..

Out of those choices I would go with the SPX Pros. Biamping or going active with those would be sweet. The tweeters in that set must be on axis though.

Is your amp bridged? Or are you running all 4 channels separately?

    Re: Comps for CDA-9887

    N/m its on a sub...

Use 2 channels on the SPX-17REF and the other 2 on the sub. Would be my approach if I were doing it.

    Re: Comps for CDA-9887

Do a search for Image Dynamics CTX65CS on here and read up on them. I just installed a set in my Scion TC and so far I'm very impressed. They ran me $179 from woofers etc.
