New here, have a few questions

Does Alpine make good comps? I remember LONG AGO when i had a set in my car they sounded decent. Also looking into rainbows, powered by either a zapco or arc audio amp. Thinking of just throwing 2 sets of comps in the car, front and rear. Dont know how that will work out. Any suggestions would be helpful.

alpine make some nice comps as well as rainbow. pioneer also makes some nice comps as well. its all in each of our ears as to if we like them or not.

I was thinking of going with the rainbow cs 265 profi vanadiums, but should i throw 2 comp sets in my car? I know you should only have the comps up front, but just wondering if it would sound good if i put 1 up front and 1 in the back. What amps should i look into, would Zapco Ref750.2 175x2rms be good enough for this set. Or Arc audio 2300se 330x2?

I guess as far as imaging goes it would be better to just have one set of comps up front. I hope they can still get loud!!

Will do, i know theres dealers here so shouldnt be a problem. The rainbows on the other hand i would have to go on everyones opinions, which seem to be very good. The question is should i throw 2 sets of comps in my car (front/rear) or just one???

I have 2 sets of comps in my car and I like it. Without the rears the sound is too focused up front for my taste. I say do front & rears
