Image Dynamics 6.5" Component Speaker System

I am looking for a set of speakers for my car. I am looking to spend about 200 to 300 PER PAIR. I have been recommended these speakers before but I'm not sure if there are other brands out there that would be better at the higher dollar value.

Going to be ran with a 12" Infinity Kappa dvq.

For SQ, ONE PAIR, 600$ instead of 2-300 each for two pairs. Look into the HERTZ Mille line. Then maybe just more midbasses in the rear if it still ain't enough.

I am using the CTX65 components and have been very happy with them. They honestly would compare to speakers double the price they sell for.

I was looking at either the CTX65's or the CDT Audio ES-610's. I've got some time to decide though. I would have to get a new amp because I'm running an alpine mrp f450. So I'm just not sure what amp I would need to properly match those. Was thinking about finding a speaker shop in town and asking them. I was just looking for the better answer and not some push product answer from a local store.
