components and dash speakers

I have a 97 stratus with jl tr 6*9's in the rear. I just order 6.5 inch xr components for the front and will be running all four off a kicker amp putting 90 watts rms to each. i have a set of 3.5 inch jl tr dash speakers also. should i use the dash speakers with my components or just the components? also, has anyone heard the xrs and do you like them? i haven't heard them actually. i love my trs and figured these must b even better. just wanted some opinions. anything will help.

use your comps only, you really dont need rear speakers.
JL comps are ok, I have heard better sounding speakers for the money.
but since you already bought them you'll need to deaden your doors.

well, my doors are deadened and ready for the install. but, wat i mean is, should i use the 3.5 inch dash speakers along with my components? the dash speakers are also jl but the tr series, not the xr like the components

if they are coax then no
if they are mids then maybe you go active, you'll want to place them close to your tweeter, or vice versa.
